Physical education plays very important role in the overall development of the students. Department also provides special traning for Yoga. It is yoga which not only makes health fit but also gives peace to mind. Department helps the students to overcome from different problems such as fatigue, depression, anxiety etc. by providing different sort of yogic practices, sports and recreation.
The following sports acivities are undertaken in the institute. Volly ball, Archery, Cricket, Table-Tennis, Badminton, Foot ball, Kho-Kho, Chess and Athletic track etc.
